1. Nature of Astrology Services

Astrosafal provides personalized astrology consultations and reports based on the birth details provided by the client.

These services may include:

• Numerology Consultation
• Vastu Consultation
• Gemstone Recommendation
• Spiritual Remedies and Guidance
• Astrology Reports and Predictions

Since these services require individual analysis and professional time, they are considered customized services.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the personalized nature of astrology consultations, the following services are generally non-refundable once delivered or completed:

• Astrology consultations
• Horoscope reports
• Numerology reports
• Astrology analysis documents
• Personalized remedies or guidance

Once a consultation session has been conducted or a report has been delivered, refunds cannot be provided.

3. Consultation Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a consultation under the following conditions:

Cancellation Before Consultation

If a client cancels the consultation before the scheduled session begins, Astrosafal may offer:

• Rescheduling of the consultation
• Partial refund depending on the circumstances

Cancellation After Consultation

If the consultation has already been conducted, refunds will not be available.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation session, you may request rescheduling.

Conditions for rescheduling:

• Request must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation.
• Only one rescheduling request may be allowed per booking.

5. Digital Reports and Astrology Documents

For services involving digital delivery such as:

• Horoscope reports
• Compatibility reports
• Numerology reports
• Astrology analysis documents

Refunds are not available once the report has been generated or delivered.

6. Puja and Ritual Services

If Astrosafal provides puja or ritual services, the following policy may apply:

• Cancellation requests must be made before the ritual preparation begins.
• Once preparations or rituals have started, refunds cannot be issued.

7. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Astrosafal offers physical products such as:

• Gemstones
• Rudraksha
• Spiritual items

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

• Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refund or replacement will be processed after product verification.

Shipping charges may not be refundable.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

9. Incorrect Information Provided by Users

Astrology analysis is based on birth details provided by the client.

If incorrect information such as:

• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth

is provided by the user, Astrosafal will not be responsible for inaccurate results and refunds may not be applicable.

10. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances, Astrosafal may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

• A service was not delivered
• Technical issues prevented consultation
• Payment was processed incorrectly

Such cases will be reviewed by the Astrosafal support team.
